Shojin ryori refers to Buddhist vegetarian cuisine.It mainly features plant-based ingredients, including vegetables, fruits, beans and grain.It generally doesn't contain any animal products such as meat and fish.
In addition,you can learn about presentation and hospitality through lunch box meals.
